Mount Cotton Neighbourhood Watch Update

Well the rain held off for our Mount Cotton NHW meeting yesterday afternoon and we had a great turn out from the community.  We would like to thank all the residents who came along and took time out of their weekend to kick off a NHW group for their suburb.  It’s like minded community members such as yourselves that makes NHW successful.

A big thank you also to Geoff from the Brisbane Bayside Crime Stoppers Committee who attended and volunteered his entire weekend to Crime Stoppers and NHW!  Thanks Geoff!

The NHW liaison officer, Senior Constable Lochlan Patterson and the Crime Prevention Officers will start arrangements for the official launch to be held in late March/early April.  This time we’ll book the shelter with council!!

We look forward to supporting you in the future with your NHW group and working together to reduce crime and spread the crime prevention message!
