June 23

Traffic Offences: At 9.40am, a 48-year-old Dalby man was intercepted on Condamine Street and issued a traffic offence notice for allegedly smoking whilst the vehicle contained children.

At 1.25pm, a 23-year-old Dalby woman was intercepted in Swallow Court whilst allegedly unlicensed.

The driver was issued with a notice to appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

Drink Driving: A 51-year-old Dalby man was intercepted on Russell Street with an alleged breath alcohol concentration of 0.063 per cent.

The man will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

June 24

Drink Driving: A 26-year-old Dalby man was intercepted driving on Nicholson Street with an alleged breath alcohol concentration of 0.114 per cent.

He will appear in the Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

Drug and Traffic charges: A 32-year-old Toowoomba woman was intercepted regarding her manner of driving on Condamine Street. A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly located drugs and drug taking implements.

The woman was subsequently charged with allegedly driving whilst unlicensed and allegedly possessing dangerous drugs and a utensil.

She will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 1.

Traffic charges: A 51-year-old Dalby woman had her vehicle immobilised for seven days after being intercepted on Drayton Street allegedly driving an unregistered vehicle and whilst unlicensed.

Disturbance: A number of persons were arrested after police were called to a disturbance in Annie Street.

A 20-year-old Dalby man was charged with allegedly obstructing police and breaching bail.

An 18-year-old Dalby man was charged with the alleged possession of a dangerous drug, and a utensil, allegedly committing a public nuisance offence and allegedly assaulting police.

A 33-year-old man was charged with allegedly obstructing police.

They will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

A 16-year-old girl and 15-year-old girl were also charged with allegedly obstructing police during the same incident.

They have been dealt with under the provisions of The Youth Justice Act.

June 25th

Weapons and Drug charges: A 44-year-old man was stopped by Police at 6:45pm on June 25 on Drayton St. It will be alleged that after a search of his vehicle police located a barrel and bolt of a weapon and a water pipe.

The man was issued a notice to appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 25.

Break and Enter: Between 12:30am and 9:30am, a business in Groom Lane was broken into and a cash register was stolen with an amount of cash in it.  Offenders are unknown at this stage.

Investigations are continuing.

Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle: A 45-year-old Dalby man had his silver ford falcon stolen from his residence in Palmer Street overnight.

Investigations are continuing.

Unlicensed Driving: A 33-year-old Collingwood Park man was intercepted on the Warrego highway and found to allegedly be driving whilst he licence was suspended.

He will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

Assault charges: Police were called to domestic disturbance in Alice Street.  A 21-year-old Dalby male was arrested for allegedly committing serious assault, breach of a domestic violence order and possession of a dangerous drug.

He will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

June 26

Break and Enter: Police are investigating the break and enter of a unit in Bunya Street.  Entry was gained through a rear door and quantity of jewellery stolen.

Investigations are still continuing.

Traffic Incident: A 45-year-old Dalby man was issued a traffic infringement notice for failing to give way after a two vehicle traffic incident on Moreton Street, involving a Toyota Hilux and Ford Territory.

Fail to Appear: A 35-year-old Dalby man was arrested for allegedly failing to appear in the Dalby Magistrates Court.

He was bailed to appear in the Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

Shop Stealing: Police are seeking public assistance to identify two men and a woman who may be able to assist with the investigation of an alleged stealing that occurred at a Cunningham Street business.

June 28

Drug Offences: A 44-year-old Dalby man was charged with allegedly possessing a drug utensil after police executed a search warrant at his address.

He will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

A 20-year-old Dalby man as well as a 23-year-old Dalby man were charged with allegedly possessing dangerous drugs and a utensil as a result of a search warrant being executed at their address.

The men will appear in the Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.

A 16-year-old Toowoomba girl who was at the residence will be dealt with under the provisions of The Youth Justice Act.

Stealing: A 44-year-old Dalby man was charged with allegedly stealing a chainsaw and fraud of a Dalby business after the stolen property was located at his residence during execution of search warrant.

He will appear at Dalby Magistrates Court on July 18.
