Late night thieves disturbed in Andergrove

Three thieves were disturbed while breaking into two cars parked in a driveway of Upton Avenue, Andergrove at 11:30 pm on May 16.

The resident of the Upton Avenue home saw the three thieves inside of the two cars parked on the residential driveway. Once the thieves knew the gig was up – they quickly ran from the area.

The thieves may enjoy the odd cigarette because unusually an empty ash tray was stolen from one car while spare car keys were stolen from another.

Poor lighting restricted the witnesses ability to provide a detailed description, all three thieves were described as tall and thin. Did you see any suspicious activity in Andergrove overnight?
