Police attended the Under 8’s Day at the Norfolk Village State School where the theme was “Children playing country to coast inspiring learning in the early years through play.”
Students had many activities and emergency services to visit and as part of their learning, and had to fill in their progress sheets and ask questions.
Students enjoyed exploring the police vehicle, wearing police jackets and hats and were exceptionally thrilled to speak to Police Communications on the vehicle radio.
Our schools is one of the partnerships that police will always try to make time for as working with children can have a positive effect on the student’s attitudes and behaviours towards their peers and authorities in general.
Thanks to Norfolk Village State School for having us.
