Break and enter: Police are investigating a break and enter that occurred at a Cullinane address on Saturday.

An unknown offender has entered the Cassia Close, Cullinane address between 8:30pm and 9:30pm on May 13 and stole computer equipment.

Drink driver, Camp Creek: A 46-year-old Mena Creek man was charged with drink driving on Friday afternoon.

Police intercepted the man around 5pm on Innisfail Japoon Road, Camp Creek for a roadside breath test.

The man returned an alleged reading of 0.126 per cent BAC. His licence was suspended and he is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on June 12

Charges, Innisfail: A 21-year-old Freshwater man was charged with drug and possessing restricted items on Friday night.

Police intercepted a vehicle on Michael Street, Innisfail, around 9pm while speaking with the driver police conducted a search of the vehicle. Police will allege as a result of the search they located a quantity of methamphetamine, drug utensils and two laser pointers.

The man was charged with one count each of possessing a dangerous drug, possessing a drug utensil and possessing a restricted item (laser pointers) and is scheduled to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on May 22.
