Public nuisance charge, Innisfail: An 18-year-old Tully man was issued with a $121 public nuisance infringement notice, this morning.

It will be alleged the man was outside a Vidar Street residence, Innisfail just after midnight this morning where he was being verbally abusive towards the occupants at the address.

He was moved on and issued with the infringement notice.

Stolen property, Tully: Tully police are investigating the theft of a Victa black and red coloured lawn mower from a Tully Heads Road address, between April 23 and May 8.

Disturbance, Mirriwinni: A 39-year-old Babinda man was issued with a notice to appear at the Innisfail Magistrates Court on June 12 for committing a public nuisance yesterday morning.

While police were at a Bruce Highway, Mirriwinni business around 7.30am yesterday it will be alleged they observed the man swearing loudly and acting offensively at the front of the business causing members of the public to not enter the business.

The man was arrested and transported to Innisfail Watchhouse, and was charged with committing a public nuisance.
