Urgent public appeal – missing 16yo girl, Redbank Plains – NOW LOCATED safe and well

UPDATE: The missing girl was located safe and well last night (14 November). Original media release (below) has been amended.

Queensland police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate a 16-year-old girl.

The teen was last seen at an address in  Redbank Plains around 11.30pm last night, Monday November 13.

It is believed she voluntarily left the address by herself and police hold serious concerns for her safety and wellbeing.

The girl is described as Caucasian, 155 to 160cms tall with a proportionate build, brown eyes and shoulder length brown hair often worn in two buns.

She was last seen wearing black denim hot pants, a beige ‘Mossimo’ t-shirt and black and white Nike shoes. She is also believed to be carrying a black billabong back pack.

The girl may attempt to travel to the Bundaberg area.
