Armed robbery, Warner

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a fast food outlet in Warner overnight.

Initial investigations suggest shortly before 10pm two men entered the business on Samsonvale Road armed with a handgun, demanding cash from staff.

Staff members complied with the men’s demands before they fled the scene on foot with a sum of cash.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

Both men are described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with medium builds.

One man is described as having dark brown or black hair and stubble.

Investigations are continuing.
