Robbery with violence, Inala

Police are investigating after an incident in Inala this morning, where a woman was punched and her bag stolen.

Around 8.15am a 30-year-old woman was sitting at the intersection of Buddleia Street and Eugenia Street, when a black 4WD approached.

A man and a woman got out of the car and approached the woman before punching her in the head and stealing her bag.

The pair fled in the car, which was being driven by another man.

The woman received minor injuries during the struggle.

The woman is described as being around 170cm tall, a tanned complexion and a solid build. She has dyed blonde hair and dark regrowth, and a round sleeper ring through her bottom lip. She was wearing a black jacket with yellow or organise arms, and black pants.

The man is described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance.

The car is believed to be a 4WD ute with four doors – possibly a Hilux or a Navara.
