Name the police puppy

The W litter – they do not like sitting still!

Today the Minister for Police, Fire and Emergency Services Jo-Ann Miller and Operation Support Command Assistant Commissioner Alistair Dawson launched an opportunity to name the puppies in our latest litter.

The naming convention dictates that this litter will have names that begin with the letter ‘W’.

There are seven puppies in the litter, two male and five female. A little over seven weeks old.

After spending about 18 months in the puppy development program they will be tested to see if they will make it into the QPS as general purpose dogs or continue into the breeding program.

Submit your name suggestion using the form below:

Nominations have now closed.

Name suggestions will close on March 25 and a poll to vote on the favourite names will then begin.
