Update – armed robbery, Capalaba

Police investigating an armed robbery at Capalaba yesterday morning have released a comfit image of a man who may be able to assist their investigations.

The robbery occurred at a Redland Bay Road convenience store around 8.40am yesterday with a man entered the premises and producing what appeared to be a firearm. After demanding cash the man left the premises and was last seen on Coolong Street. No one was physically injured. The man is described as being Pacific Islander in appearance, in his 30s and of a solid build. He was last seen wearing dark blue denim shorts, a black hooded jumper, a white t-shirt and was wearing dark sunglasses.
