Public nuisance, Douglas
Police have arrested and charged two men with public nuisance in Douglas overnight.
At approximately midnight police attended a licensed premises on Riverside Boulevard, Douglas after two men were causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the premises. Security guards at the location restrained the men until police arrived.
An 18-year-old Annandale man and a 19-year-old Kelso man were taken into custody and charged with public nuisance, disobey requirement by a police officer and violent behaviour in a licensed premises.
Both men were released and issued with Infringement Notices for these offences.
