Local Tara operation sees eight people arrested in two days

On June 14 and 15, Tara, Dalby and Meandarra police conducted a local operation targeting wanted persons and drug offences.

Two search warrants were executed resulting in a 22-year-old woman from Tara issued a notice to appear at Dalby Magistrates Court on July 4 for possessing utensils used to smoke drugs, and a 17-year-old male and 18-year-old male both from Tara located in possession of drugs and utensils used for drugs, both were dealt with in accordance with Drug Diversion provisions.

A 23-year-old woman from Tara was arrested on a return to prison warrant, and arrest warrant for breach bail occurrences. 

A 25-year-old woman from Tara was issued a notice to appear at Dalby Magistrates Court on July 4 for being in possession of drugs and utensils used to smoke drugs.

A 21-year-old man from Tara was arrested for breaching an order and bailed to appear before Dalby Magistrates Court on July 25.

A 17-year-old girl from Tara was arrested and bailed on an undertaking to appear before Dalby Magistrates Court on July 25 in relation to a fail to appear warrant.

A 45-year-old man from Tara was located driving a vehicle unlicenced and his vehicle was immobilised. He was issued a notice to appear at Dalby Magistrates Court on July 25.
