Update: Robberies, South Brisbane and Logan

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station in Woodridge early this morning.

At around 1.15am two men, one armed with a baseball bat and the other with a handgun, forced entry to the business on the corner of Compton Road and North Road.

The pair demanded money from a male staff member before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash.

The 24-year-old staff member was not physically injured during the incident.

The two men (pictured) fled the scene in a blue Subaru Impreza (also pictured) which was being driven by a third person, and were last seen travelling south on North Road.

It is believed the robbery is linked to a several other robberies committed by three men across South Brisbane and Logan this week.
