Police from the Roma Stock and Rural Crime Investigation Squad, and the Toowoomba Stock and Rural Crime Squad executed two search warrants.
As a result police located a number of cows and calves subject to the complaint.
As a result of this Investigation a 44-year-old Chinchilla man was served with a Notice to appear. He was charged with stock stealing and illegal branding.
The man is due to appear at the Chinchilla Magistrates Court in April.
