Police are treating a fire that damaged a Waterford house last night as suspicious.
Police were called to the Grand Terrace address around 11.20pm with the home engulfed in flames.
Due to heat and structural damage an internal investigation of the inside of the house was not possible with fire investigators and scenes of crime officers to attend in daylight hours.
Police investigations are continuing.
