Are you missing a Yamaha motorcycle?

Back in early January this year, an unregistered Yamaha motorcycle (pictured) was found abandoned on Channon Street, Gympie.

The bike was collected and securely stored by Gympie Police in the hope that the owner would contact police to report it missing.

So far to date we have not received a report of a missing motorcycle and have not been able to identify the rightful owner.

The bike is described as a Yamaha WR400F motorcycle, blue and white in colour, with Race Tech enhanced suspension.

There are many distinctive stickers on the motorcycle, one being a UFO on the rear just above the tail lights.

Police would like to reunite the motorcycle with it’s rightful owner. Anyone with information is urged to contact police and quote reference number QP1700041803.
