Fatal crash, Norwell

Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit into a crash that claimed the life of a male cyclist at Norwell this morning continue.

Preliminary investigations indicate that a collision occurred between a pushbike rider and a truck on Norwell Road around 8.15am.

The male rider, a 58-year-old Ormeau man, died at the scene. The male truck driver was not injured.
