Crime alert, Calamvale

Police are appealing to members in the suburb of Calamvale to be vigilant with home security measures after break and enters were reported to police on Tuesday, May 2.

Between 8.30am and 3pm a residence in Stockton St, Calamvale was entered through forcing the front door and conducting a messy search of the house to locate items. No items have been reported stolen as yet.

Between 6.45am and 5.30pm a residence in Bundabah Dve, Calamvale was entered by smashing a rear glass sliding door. Police are awaiting information relating to stolen property.

Between 8.30am and 3pm another residence in Bundabah Dve, Calamvale was entered via forcing a side security door and then entering via an unlocked sliding door. Computer equipment and iPhones were reported stolen.

Police encourage all residents to report any suspicious activity to police and ensure that home security measures are  in place and utilised.
