Update May 28,2017: A 28-year-old man reported missing from Brisbane has been located safe and well.
Police are seeking public assistance to locate a Brisbane man reported missing after failing to make contact with family in recent weeks.
The 28-year-old was last seen in Sydney around early April and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has not been heard from in the last few weeks, which is out of character.
He also suffers from a medical condition.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 170cm tall with a medium build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
He also has a prominent tattoo on his left shoulder blade.
It is possible the man is travelling between Brisbane and Sydney.
Anyone who may have seen him is urged to contact Policelink on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
