Endangering property charge, Keperra

Detectives have charged a man following investigations into a suspicious house fire in Keperra last night.

Just before 8pm, it will be alleged emergency services were called to an address on Blackbutt Street following reports of a house on fire.

The house was fully engulfed however two men and a woman who were in the home at the time self-evacuated and were not physically injured.

A 48-year-old Keperra man has been charged with endangering property by fire and is scheduled to appear before the Brisbane Magistrates Court on February 7.
