Male caught up in bungled burglary

Police are investigating an attempted burglary into a Chermside computer business which occurred at approximately 1.00am on March 7, 2016.

It is alleged a male offender has entered the business from the roof and lowered “mission impossible” style by a rope tied to his foot. Upon landing on a desk within the business, the male offender has tripped on the rope causing him to stumble and fall heavily to the floor.

The male has conducted a quick search of the premises which was “knot” successful before exiting without any property.

Detectives have released CCTV footage depicting a male who may be able to assist with inquires.
