Indecent treatment charges, Sunshine Coast

A 25-year-old Sunshine Coast man has been charged with ten counts of indecent treatment of a child under 16 and one count each of possessing child exploitation material and making child exploitation material, as well as two counts of grooming a child under the age of 16.

He is scheduled to appear before the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on March 30.

The charges relate to alleged offences involving two teenagers who attended a youth group at Maroochydore.

Police investigations are continuing with officers appealing for anyone who may have information in relation to any other similar incidents, to contact them.
