PSPA revoked, Sunnybank

Police have revoked an emergent situation following an incident in Sunnybank this afternoon.

An emergent situation was declared at the Mains Road address under the provisions of the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) at 5pm.

Police revoked the PSPA at 6:10pm when a 43-year-old man surrendered peacefully to police.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

A 43-year-old man is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
