Shooting, Kallangur

Police are investigating after a man was shot at Kallangur early this morning.

Initial investigations indicate the incident happened shortly after midnight outside an address on Mountain Blue Drive.

The victim, a 26-year-old man, has been taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with a gunshot wound to his stomach. The injury is believed to be non-life threatening.

A crime scene has been established and investigations are continuing.
