Serious traffic crash – Peak Downs Highway (Nebo)

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a serious traffic crash on the Peak Downs Highway about 20 kilometres east of Nebo.

It is believed a car left the highway about 4am and rolled, resulting in serious injuries to two men, while another man has non-life threatening injuries.

The Peak Downs Highway will be closed in both directions for an indefinite period. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

Diversions are in place via the Sarina-Marlborough Road and the Sarina-Oxenford Road.

Investigations are continuing.
