Shooting incident, Marsden

Police are investigating a shooting incident at Marsden this morning.

Just before 4.30am, a 36-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his upper right arm.

The man’s injury is believed to be non-life threatening and he has been transported to hospital.

Police are examining a scene at Hickory Street at Marsden as part of the investigation.

This is the only information available at this time in relation to this incident.

Investigations are continuing.
