Man charged over armed robbery, Marsden

Police have charged a man in relation to the armed robbery of general store at Marsden yesterday morning.

During the robbery it is alleged a man approached the store manager and produced a handgun before demanding cash.

Police have since recovered a replica handgun.

A 23-year-old Waterford West man has been charged with armed robbery and is expected to face the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on April 11, 2013.
