Traffic crash, Rollingstone

A woman is in a critical condition after a two vehicle traffic crash at Rollingstone this morning.

Around 10am two vehicles collided on the Bruce Highway just north of the Rollingstone township entrance.

The driver of the first vehicle, a 21-year-old woman, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Townsville Base Hospital. The 24-year-old male passenger received non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle, a 68-year-old man, and the 65-year-old female passenger received non-life threatening injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
