Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 68-year-old woman reported missing from Biggera Waters.
She was last seen at a Fiona Street residence on September 19 and has not returned since.
Police and her family hold concerned for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.
She is described as Caucasian, 165cm tall with a slim build and grey hair.
