Bus damaged, Burleigh Waters

Police are investigating after a bus had a window smashed by a rock at Burleigh Waters this morning.

Around 11.25am a bus travelling along Reedy Creek Road had a side window smashed by a thrown rock.

The sole passenger, a 16-year-old girl, received a small cut to her arm and did not require treatment.

The driver, a 47-year-old woman, was not injured.

Four juveniles are currently assisting police with their inquiries.
