Police have released an image of a vehicle that may have witnessed the fatal hit and run at Oonoonba on September 1 which resulted in the death of a 20-year-old man.
Police would like to speak with the occupants of this black SUV as it was travelling along Railway Avenue toward Oonoonba between 12.35am and 12.45am on September 1.
Initial investigations reveal the 20-year-old Ingham man was walking outbound along Abbott Street (past Rooney’s Bridge) just after 12.30am when he was struck by a white hatchback sedan.
