Robbery, Noosaville

Police are investigating a robbery of a convenience store at Noosaville this afternoon.

Around 12.20pm a man and woman entered the Swanbourne Way store and approached the counter with an item from the store. The man allegedly punched a 59-year-old female attendant in the shoulder and grabbed a quantity of cash from the til when it was open.

The offenders were last seen driving a white Holden commodore sedan on Beckmans Road towards Cooroy.

The man is described Caucasian in appearance, about 176cm tall, with sandy coloured hair, a slim build and was wearing a blue jumper

The woman is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 168cm tall, with long black hair and a solid build.

Police investigations are continuing.
