Investigations into this morning’s fatal traffic crash at Ambrose (between Mount Larcom and Marmor) continue.
Around 11.55am, a car collided with a semi trailer on the Bruce Highway.
The driver of the car, a 59-year-old Rockhampton woman, died at the scene.
The driver of the semi trailer, a 21-year-old man, and the passenger, a 55-year-old man, were not injured.
The Highway was closed for several hours, but has since reopened.
Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
