Serious traffic crash, Inala

Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a serious traffic crash at Inala last night in which a 16-year-old sustained serious injuries.

Around 10.50pm, a sedan was travelling along Blunder Road when for unknown reasons the driver lost control and crashed into a power pole.

The driver of the sedan, a 16-year-old boy, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious, but believed non-life threatening, injuries.

A 19-year-old female passenger was also transported to the Royal Brisbane Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The vehicle was reported stolen from a Dinmore address overnight.
