A 21-year-old Urangan man has been identified as the deceased man from a fatal traffic crash at Gin Gin yesterday.
Initial investigations suggest between 5am and 6.30am, the man was driving a hatchback sedan west along Gin Gin Mount Perry Road when the vehicle collided with a tree.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene and investigations suggest the man may have been evading a native animal prior to the crash.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
