Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a building fire in Molendinar overnight.
Around 10.45, police were called to a business address on Production Avenue after reports the building was alight.
The fire was extinguished a short time later.
Nobody was injured as a result of the blaze, but the building sustained some damage.
The scene will be guarded by police overnight as investigations into its cause continue.
