Police are currently investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred this morning at Peregian Beach.
Initial information suggests that at around 9am, two vehicles travelling along David Low Way have collided head on.
A female, the sole occupant of her vehicle, was transported to Nambour Hospital were she was pronounced deceased a short time later.
The other driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
