Police are investigating the attempted armed robbery of a pharmacy at Slacks Creek late this afternoon.
Initial information suggests a man entered the Kingston Road pharmacy around 5.55pm, armed with a bladed weapon. He approached the service counter and demanded money, to which the attendant declined. He left the store empty handed. No one was injured during the incident.
The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cms tall with a proportionate build. He was wearing a grey hooded jumper, with a black hooded jumper underneath, sunglasses, jeans and runners.
