Serious traffic crash, Marmor(Rockhampton Dist.)

The Bruce Highway has been closed 3km south of Marmor following a serious single vehicle crash earlier this afternoon in which two people have been injured.

Initial information suggests around 2.05pm, a vehicle travelling south left the road surface and rolled.

Both occupants, a male and female, are being transported to Rockhampton Base Hospital with serious, but believed non-life threatening, injuries.

It is believed the highway will remain closed until approximately 4pm.
