Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Bray Park liquor store this afternoon.
Initial information suggests around 5.10pm a man entered the Francis Road shop armed with a knife.
He demanded cash from the store attendant, who complied.
While the man was standing at the register, a member of the public attempted to intervene, however the man ran from the store with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
