Appeal for information, Bracken Ridge and Boondall

Police are appealing for information on any suspicious behaviour at Bracken Ridge this afternoon.

Around 5.45pm police were notified that a projectile was fired into a car on Quinlan Street, at the intersection of Burgess Place, Bracken Ridge.

Police located a hole in the vehicle which appears to be a bullet hole. No one was injured in the incident.

Police investigations are continuing.

Police are also appealing for any information on a stolen blue Audi sedan, registration number 772-KBG. A motorist has reported seeing a man in the vehicle with what appeared to be a firearm this afternoon on the Gateway Motorway at Boondall around 2.30pm.
