Missing woman, Nambour

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 27-year-old woman who has been reported missing from the Sunshine Coast.

Sarah-Grace Leahy was last seen in the vicinity of the Nambour Railway Station at Nambour on April 21.

It is believed she could have travelled to the Gympie area.

She is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 162cm tall with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.

Her family hold concerns for her welfare.
